RECRUITMENT

Why DSP?

From the moment you join Delta Sigma Pi, you’ll have access to events, conferences, and resources to build your professional skills, leadership abilities, management potential, and character. You’ll learn how to manage your time, how to plan a project or event, how to communicate effectively, and how to become a principled leader who makes a difference in the world. Beyond the skills that will prepare you for your career, you’ll also build friendships that will broaden your perspective and enrich your life for years to come.

Dare to be a Deltasig.

Delta Sigma Pi follows the Greek tradition of hosting Recruitment (Rush) Week, and then assigning bids for pledgeship to those candidates found to stand out amongst the rest. If you decide to accept your bid, you will participate in a pledging process for the majority of the semester. If and when you prove yourself worthy and dedicated to Delta Sigma Pi, you may be initiated into our brotherhood.

Delta Sigma Pi recruits at the beginning of each semester. Check out our recruitment schedule if you are interested in applying for a bid. Applications will open at the beginning of recruitment week and will close at a designated time towards the end of the week. Applications will not be accepted late, and interviews will not be given to anyone without a completed application.

Without a doubt, Delta Sigma Pi has shaped me into the professional I am. Throughout my time in college, I have been lucky to find such like-minded individuals willing to push me at the same rate that I help my brothers succeed. Not only was joining DSP something I will forever cherish and have memories of for a lifetime, but I gained friends and a network that I hold dear to my heart, even after walking across the stage in May.

Recruiting for Delta Sigma Pi was easily the best decision I've made in college. I've met amazing people through DSP who have become my best friends. Being with a group of people who want to see and help everyone succeed has made my college experience so much better. I've grown as a professional and a person through my experiences in this fraternity, and highly recommend that any Isenberg or Econ major recruits.

Joining DSP was a decision that would come to impact my life in the semesters I've been a brother. I've met my best friends and have grown a tremendous amount. DSP gave me the opportunity to network with students across the country as well as recruiters and executives from many industries. If I hadn't joined, I would be a completely different person professionally, academically, and socially. Becoming a brother was the best decision of my university career.
